Abstract—This study deals with development of a web-based project management system based on the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) developed by the PMI to support the operation of capstone course for student-centered learning in engineering education. The developed web-based project management system not only enables to encourage participant-directed learning through managing the team project execution by students themselves, but provides teaching staff with operation and monitoring of the whole course. The PMS is expected to provide effective project performance for students and efficient curriculum management for teaching staff.
